Jared Martin is a Central California real estate broker and one of the owners of the real estate franchise, Keller Williams Westland Realty in Fresno, California. As a third-generation REALTOR®, he has worked with his family’s business for over 20 years. Since 2001 he has been involved in over 1400 transactions.
In addition to serving his real estate clients, Martin is also active with the local, state, and national ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. Jared served as the 2009 President of the FRESNO ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (F.A.R). and the Treasurer in 2014 and 2015. He also served on the F.A.R. Executive Committee in 2008, 2009, 2014, and 2015.
At the state level, Jared served as the 2019 President of the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (C.A.R.) as well as the Treasurer and Chairman of the Strategic Planning and Finance Committee. Jared was instrumental on numerous committees with C.A.R including the Taxation and Government Finance Committee, the Distressed Property Task Force, and several Federal committees. Also active with the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (N.A.R.), Martin served on N.A.R.’s Commercial Leadership Forum, Commercial, Research, and Commercial Economic Issues and Trends. Jared has been a N.A.R. Golden “R” recipient since 2004.
Active in his local community, Martin is on the Board of Directors for Fresno First Bank and is a member of the Loan and Governance committees and chairs the Mergers & Acquisitions Committee. He also serves as a director for the Foundation for Clovis Schools. Martin is an Alumni of California State University Fresno’s, Sid Craig School of Business.
